- 5 Water Bottles a Day
- Switch from Coffee to Tea
- Journal my food!
Well folks, I'm back on the bandwagon for the umpteenth time today. My birthday weekend blowout was just that - a blowout of all of my progress. But that's okay it's a fresh start, and I have all week to make up for it.
Today will be a little difficult because there was "nothing" to eat at home so I have to eat out and make a good decision there....we'll see.
