Weekly Goals:
- 5 Water Bottles a Day
- Switch from Coffee to Tea
- Journal my food!
Okay, I achieved goal #2 easy enough - only tea for the last two days. And I'm doing well with journaling. My water isn't great though so I'm going to concentrate on that.
Also, I'm going to the gym today even though it will probably meaning gaining a little bit on the scale tomorrow (call it muscle building or water retention whatever you want - it's a proven trend.) I'm really trying for a moderate 4 times a week.
